HEALING WITH THE MEDICINE BUDDHA

offered by Khenpo Migmar Tseten

We are lucky to have Khenpo Lama Migmar Tseten offer a traditional Tibetan Medicine Buddha practice at Cedar Wind Center this September.

Medicine Buddha is a healing practice for our mental, physical, and emotional levels. Through mantra, visualization, and specific meditations, it helps us in our relationship with stress, anxiety, illness, pain, injury, emotional wounds, and other well-being challenges. Medicine Buddha practice is powerful as it works at the foundational level of our being, stimulating our latent internal ability to heal when we need to heal, and to enhance our daily health and wellness throughout our lives.

In this workshop, Lama Migmar will offer us:

  • teachings on the Medicine Buddha Practice

  • Medicine Buddha mantra transmission and practice

  • guided visualization and meditation

Participants will leave with the understanding and ability to continue this practice at home.

DATE: September 26

TIME: 1-4pm
