Sitting Meditation:
Group sitting meditation sessions Tuesday evenings 6:00-7:00 All are welcomed. More info
Meditation cushions provided and chairs are available as needed.
Cost: No set cost. Please contribute something when you come.

Stretch, Strengthen, Flow:
Wednesdays 8:30-9:30am and Fridays 8:00-9:00am. All are welcomed! Signup opens Monday morning for the week’s classes, and participants must sign up for each week.
$15 cash paid at class. Bring your own yoga or exercise mat.
