One Day Retreats:

Summer single-day retreats allow for a full day to clear your mind and focus on practice. These retreats are the perfect way to immerse yourself in meditation and movement. They are long enough to deeply enhance practice effects while being much easier to schedule than multi-day retreats.

Two retreat styles are on offer:

Tai Chi: For current Tai Chi students only. MORE INFO

Mind-Body: Open to anyone, with or without experience. MORE INFO

Dates:

Tai Chi - Monday, July 21st. and Saturday August 16th

Mind-Body - Tuesday, August 12th. and Saturday August 23rd.

Time: 9:00-5:30.

Cost: $100 cash or check brought to retreat (bring your own lunch)

Bring: LUNCH!, snacks, water bottle, YOGA/EXERCISE MAT, a change of clothes, outdoor cloth options (sunscreen, light long-sleeves, etc).

Signup: Space is limited to only 12 participants per retreat to allow plenty of space and individual attention, so reserve your space soon. PLEASE commit to your confirmed date, and if you need to cancel please do so with a week or more notice so your spot can go to another.

Meditation Exploration:

This session explores different meditation practices each month from the rich traditions of Zen Buddhism on the first Tuesday of each month, 6:00-7:00pm..

Sitting Meditation:

Group sitting meditation sessions Tuesday evenings 6:00-7:00, except the first Tuesday of each month. All are welcomed. More info

Meditation cushions provided and chairs are available as needed.

Cost: No set cost. Please contribute something when you come.

Stretch, Strengthen, Flow:

Wednesdays 8:30-9:30am and Fridays 8:00-9:00am. All are welcomed! Signup opens a week before on Wednesday afternoon, and participants must sign up for each week.

$15 cash paid at class. Bring your own yoga or exercise mat.

No Class 7/30 and 8/1

Signup Monday, August 4th by 9am for classes on Aug 6th and 8th
